Hotel El Establo, your home on the mountain was established in 1991 with a story behind its name and the effort of a family that changed its cattle for tourism. It all started transforming the farm’s stable into 12 cozy rooms. Today, 20 years later and with 155 rooms, there are only memories of the cattle; but the desire to offer the highest quality service to all our clients and suppliers still remains.
