Getting to Playa Nosara is a bit difficult because there are no paved roads. The best way to reach the beach in Nosara is through a flight from San Jose or Liberia to the town of Nosara and then rent a car, preferably double traction. Because the town is located just three miles away from the coast, many ask about if it is more convenient to walk because it is difficult to cross the dirty ways.
